1. How do I order?

You can order by entering your address or logging into your account, clicking the restaurant tab, choosing the restaurant of your choice, and adding items to your cart. Once you are finished, you continue to checkout. After checkout, your order will be brought to you at your desired location. Our goal is to make you 100% satisfied!

2. Can I place a future order?

Yes! You can place a future order by changing the time from "ASAP" to the desired time and date.

3. How can I pay?

You can pay with cash at the door, card online or by phone, or even credit card at the door! (all drivers carry square)

4. Do you only deliver food?

No! We also can deliver from the grocery or the pharmacy. Visit the courier tab to fill out a request! We are here to satisfy you and your needs.

5. Will my food arrive hot?

Yes! Your food will arrive hot and fresh. We put the food in insulated bags to keep the food hot. Your food will be delivered within the hour. We take pride in making your service the best!

6. Do you offer catering?

Yes, look for our catering options within the restaurants.

7. What else do I need to know?

Restuarant menus and pricing are subject to change.

8. When should I place my order?

We recommend you place your order at least 1 hour prior to your delivery time. You can also place future orders for a future day and/or time to ensure your delivery will be there on time!

9. What is the difference between partner and non-partner restaurants?

We offer delivery from partnered and non-partnered restaurants. Partnered restaurants are Jax Fifth Avenue, Carolina Fish Fry, Hiro Japanese Steak House, Sakura, Charlie Graingers, Big Thai 2, Southern Thai, San Felipe, Sam's Hot Dog, Szechuan 132, Carolina Fish Fry and more. We negoiate prices to keep cost low for our customers. Partnered restaurnats have little or no markup. Non-partner restaurants may have a RDS fee of up to 30% with a max of $20 per order.

10. What is the cheapest restaurant?

Some restaurant prices may be the same as dine-in but some prices may be marked up for delivery. Locally owned and operated restaurants have little or no makr-up. Chain restaurants have a mark-up of 20 to 30 percent depending on demand and ordering process. We negotiate to keep prices low for our customers but this is not always possible with larger chains.

11. Who is delivering my food?

Our driver partners are professionally trained and highly experienced. Our drivers will not open the food. Your food is packaged at the restaurant and untouched by the drivers.
